Owning your own business is not easy but with patience and a loving wife to help keep up with everything I make it. We own a small cafeteria call DayDream Cafeteria. We make and prep all of the food ourselves. We have a few people employed with us to help man the register and prep meals. We serve both hot and cold options. There are challenges to running a food business. As easy as it may seem we have rules and regulations to uphold. Everything is temperature checked and logged multiple times a day. All food prep and packaging areas are well sanitized and we make sure to keep the sitting areas sparkling. We are strict with our employees about excellent hygiene and consistence of washing their hands between all tasks so there is no cross contamination. Another thing we pride in is our customer service. We want to keep the customers coming back. If any customer has an issue at all my wife is a great manager and fixes the problem with such grace.
